1. How do I place a large custom order? Since each custom product is unique, we start with filling out the form on the “Contact Us” page of the web site. So that we may expedite the quotation process, please be as descriptive as you can so we can get the best idea of what it is you’re trying to accomplish.
2. Do you have minimums? Most custom products do have a minimum order required. These minimums are as follows:
Clothing & Apparel Products = 24 pieces. These can be assorted for your convenience (i.e. 12 Caps, and 12 Sweatshirts = 24 pieces).
3. How long does it take to get a quote? We do our best to get a quote back to you within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the order and the artwork involved.
4. How long do custom orders take? Usually 2-3 weeks, once artwork has been approved.
5. What if I just want one hat or shirt? Please check our Online Store for various EOD products. You may also find many EOD and Bomb Squad items on our auctions at eBay. If you have special requests for items you would like to see in either location, please send them to info@blastersden.com
6. Are you a Bomb Tech? Yes. I’m currently serving on active duty in the United States Navy, stationed in San Diego, CA. I’ve been in the EOD community for over 19 years, most of that time on the west coast. I can’t say enough about the job we do, and the missions we are performing in today’s world. But I can say, without a doubt, I work with the best group of combat-proven warriors on the planet!!!
